Your emotional health is priceless and you are worth the investment of counseling services. A one hour individual session is $130.

Can I use my insurance?
I suggest that you call your insurance company and ask a few questions: Do I have mental health benefits for an out of network therapist? Do I have a deductible and has it been met? What is the coverage per session? Is there a limit to the sessions covered in a year? Can I use my Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account (if applicable) to cover services?
I do not directly file insurance; however, I can provide you with a receipt for services that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement or to count toward your deductible.
Some people prefer to pay without any insurance involvement. This provides the most privacy for you as the client. When you pay me directly, there is no third party receiving your private information.
